"Design, just as art, has multiple definitions; there is no single definition. Design can be art. Design can be aesthetics. Design is so simple, that's why it is so complicated."

Paul Rand

The client forms the core of our process.

At PixelFire the client is an integral part of the design process. We want to hear your perspectives and goals for your project. Our written proposals are clear and easy to understand, and all work is performed using an upfront contract process.

We start with a no-fee, no-obligation initial consultation (by phone, appointment or e-mail) outlining the scope of the proposed project.

We recommend that clients do a bit of "homework" before the initial consultation. Don't worry, this is the fun kind of homework! At the initial consultation we usually ask the client for the following information:

• a general overview of the project
• the target audience
• goals for the project
• special content or programming needs
• design preferences
• any client preferences regarding the look/feel/imagery
• client's proposed deadline
• client's ongoing maintenance preferences, if any

The intial consultation lets us see if we are a good match for each other. After the initial consultation, potential clients may request a written proposal outlining the estimated steps and fees for the project, along with an estimated tine-line for completion. To accept the proposal clients simply sign and return the proposal and contract along with a 50% retainer.

PixelFire guarantees projects will be completed to client's satisfaction and in the specified time-frame. One of our many happy clients would be glad to give you a recommendation!
