We want to hear your perspectives and goals for your project. Our written proposals are clear and easy to understand, and all work is performed using an upfront contract process.

We start with a no-fee, no-obligation initial consultation (by phone, appointment or e-mail) outlining the scope of the proposed project.

At the initial consultation we usually discuss:

• a general overview of the project
• the target audience
• goals for the project
• special content or programming needs
• design preferences
• client’s proposed deadline

The initial consultation lets us see if we are a good match for each other. After the initial consultation, potential clients may request a written proposal outlining the estimated steps and fees for the project, along with an estimated timeline for completion. To accept the proposal, clients simply sign and return the proposal and contract along with a 50% retainer.
